Our pay monthly website design starts at £24.99 +VAT a month and includes everything needed to get your business online and keep it there. That means the domain, the hosting, the SSL certificate, an email address and a properly structured, search-ready build. There is no setup fee, no separate hosting invoice arriving in eleven months, and nothing hidden in the small print.
Most small business websites in the UK are quoted somewhere between £1,500 and £5,000 upfront. These packages exist for every business that reads that number and quietly closes the tab, and we set the reasoning out in full on the comparison page. You get the same professional standard, spread over a monthly payment about the size of a phone contract.

Every package is the same underneath. The build is done properly, the hosting is managed, the domain and SSL are handled, and somebody answers when you email. What changes between the four is simply how many pages you get and whether a monthly update is included.
That is why we price by size rather than by feature. You are not buying a cut-down website on Starter, you are buying a smaller one.

All packages are provided by SCM Consulting and Management Services Limited (the company behind PayMonthlyProWebsites.com) and subject to our Terms and Conditions. All prices plus VAT. 12-month minimum term applies. Two months' payment required upfront (covering your first and final month). 30 days' written notice required to cancel after the minimum term. Prices are correct at time of publication.
Billing
How the billing actually works
Four things worth knowing before you click through to the checkout.
- Two months upfront. When you sign up we take two months' payment: your first month and your final month. After that it is one monthly payment.
- 12-month minimum term. This is what keeps the monthly price where it is. After 12 months it becomes rolling.
- 30 days' notice. Once the minimum term is done, cancel any time with 30 days' written notice.
- VAT added at checkout. Every price on this site is shown excluding VAT, which is added at the secure Stripe checkout.

Questions about the packages
How long does it take to get my website built?
We aim to have your website live within 10 working days of receiving everything we need from you. The quicker you complete your setup form and send your content, the quicker we start.
What do I need to provide?
A short setup form after you sign up: your business name, the services you offer, your contact details and opening hours, any photos you want used, your social links and your preferred domain name. If you do not have professional photos, we can use appropriate stock images.
Do you build online shops?
No. Our pay monthly packages are for professional brochure websites that show your business, your services and how to contact you. We do not offer ecommerce, online payments or custom development on a pay monthly basis, and we do not custom-build booking systems. If you already use booking software that gives you an embed code, such as a salon or clinic booking system, we can add it to your site.
Can I make changes once it's live?
Starter and Essential do not include monthly updates as standard, but you can buy a small update for £10 + VAT whenever you need one. Professional includes one small monthly update. Premium adds blog access so you can publish your own content.
Is there a contract? How long am I signed up for?
All packages have a 12-month minimum term. After that you can cancel with 30 days' written notice. The 12-month commitment is what lets us keep the monthly price this low.
Do I own my website?
Yes. After the 12-month minimum term the website is yours, provided your account is up to date. If you want to move it to your own hosting, a small admin fee may apply for the work involved.
Does my website include SEO?
Every package includes an SEO-optimised setup: properly structured pages, relevant page titles, meta descriptions and a mobile-friendly layout. Ongoing SEO campaigns, backlink work and paid advertising are separate services.
