Here is exactly how pay monthly websites work with us, from the moment you pay to the day your site goes live. There is no lengthy discovery process, no proposal document and no meeting you have to take time off for. You choose a package, tell us about your business once, and we do the rest.

If you want something changed, you say so at the draft stage. Three rounds are included, and most people use one.

How pay monthly websites work, from payment to launch

Choose your package and check out
Pick Starter, Essential, Professional or Premium and pay through our secure Stripe checkout. Two months upfront, covering your first and final month. Your subscription starts the day you pay.

Fill in the setup form
Straight after payment you are taken to a setup page. It asks for your business name, services, contact details, opening hours, service areas, photos, social links and your preferred domain name. Most people finish it in fifteen minutes.

We build your website
We register your domain, set up hosting, SSL and email, write your pages around what you have told us and optimise it for search. We aim to send your first draft within 10 working days of receiving everything.
- 04
You review, we launch
Check it over and send your changes. Up to three rounds of review changes are included. Once you are happy, we make it live and look after it from there.

That is it. If you do not have photos, we can use appropriate stock images. If you are not sure what to write, tell us in plain English what you do and we will shape it into proper page copy. When the ten working days actually start
The 10 working days start when we have everything we need, not when you sign up. Your subscription starts on the day you pay, so it is worth having your business details, photos and preferred domain name ready before you buy. The quicker the setup form comes back, the quicker your site goes live.

Questions about the process
How long does it take to get my website built?
We aim to have your website live within 10 working days of receiving everything we need from you. The quicker you complete your setup form and send your content, the quicker we start.
What do I need to provide?
A short setup form after you sign up: your business name, the services you offer, your contact details and opening hours, any photos you want used, your social links and your preferred domain name. If you do not have professional photos, we can use appropriate stock images.
Do you build online shops?
No. Our pay monthly packages are for professional brochure websites that show your business, your services and how to contact you. We do not offer ecommerce, online payments or custom development on a pay monthly basis, and we do not custom-build booking systems. If you already use booking software that gives you an embed code, such as a salon or clinic booking system, we can add it to your site.
Can I make changes once it's live?
Starter and Essential do not include monthly updates as standard, but you can buy a small update for £10 + VAT whenever you need one. Professional includes one small monthly update. Premium adds blog access so you can publish your own content.
Is there a contract? How long am I signed up for?
All packages have a 12-month minimum term. After that you can cancel with 30 days' written notice. The 12-month commitment is what lets us keep the monthly price this low.
Do I own my website?
Yes. After the 12-month minimum term the website is yours, provided your account is up to date. If you want to move it to your own hosting, a small admin fee may apply for the work involved.
Does my website include SEO?
Every package includes an SEO-optimised setup: properly structured pages, relevant page titles, meta descriptions and a mobile-friendly layout. Ongoing SEO campaigns, backlink work and paid advertising are separate services.
