The legal basis for this processing is the performance of our contract with you.

Card details are never collected or stored by us. Payments are taken through Stripe, and Stripe holds those details under its own privacy policy.

Analytics data

With your consent, we use Google Analytics to collect anonymised information about how visitors use our website, including pages visited, time spent on the site, and general geographic location. This helps us improve the website experience. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics. The legal basis for this processing is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

How long we keep your data

Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months from the date of your initial contact, after which it is securely deleted unless an ongoing client relationship exists. Analytics data is retained in accordance with Google's standard retention policies (typically 26 months). Customer and account data is kept for the life of your subscription, and billing records are kept for six years afterwards because HMRC requires it. You may request deletion of your data at any time, subject to those legal retention periods.

Who we share your data with

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with the following third-party service providers who process data on our behalf:

• Google LLC: analytics and advertising services. Data may be transferred outside the UK/EEA under standard contractual clauses.
• Stripe Payments Europe Ltd: payment processing. When you buy a package, your payment and card details are collected and processed securely by Stripe. Data may be transferred outside the UK/EEA under standard contractual clauses.
• Our hosting provider: website and data storage.
